One of a few landscape paintings that stems completely from my imagination.
What I love about painting like this is that I am able to focus entirely on emotion and not the shape it should have.
This one for me depicts a yearning for a quite and peaceful place. I was longing for another world. It was my form of escaping the troubles and the hardship I was going through at that time.
